Literacy and Numeracy and Letter writing test I will have to take. Really want to practice, to be competent in the task they prescribe me on the day.

I imagine it'd be things like making sure your grammar and punctuation is correct, and basic numeracy. I did a LearnDirect test on that in one of my previous jobs and found it very easy. It was multiple choice. I know we used to work quite closely with CAB, not sure if they would still use them now though.
