Anyone else had a problem trying to contact CAB? They don't answer their phones and they're always closed!Citizen's Advice bureau?
They are staffed by volunteers, and as such can only open on certain days and at certain times. If you go to your nearest CAB office, they will almost certainly have their opening times posted on the door. Keep trying, the help and support they give is invaluable.Citizen's Advice bureau?
it is a organisation run by volounteers they have odd opening times but they are usually by the entrance to the building ....they are a great help,worth the wait ...... and i also had trouble getting in touch by phone going there is best bet just remember to take some sandwiches theres usually a long wait ...hour minimum in redditch xxxxx
I also had trouble getting an appointment but it's worth it in the end... the staff do a great job!
Yep, used to work as a volunteer at one. At very busy times they may give preference to personal callers - so, if you can, try to get down to one in person.
